Depending on your choice (Legal Advice by phone or Email), a lawyer will respond to you by email or recall you within 24-48 hours (business days) of your purchase.

For example, if your payment for the legal advice is received  at 2 pm on Tuesday, you can expect a call by 2 pm on Thursday the latest.

At checkout (on paypal) you will also have the choice to pay an axtra fee if you need a legal advice Urgently (in less than 5 hours). 

 

Is it possible to schedule my call for a specific time during the day or at night ?

On the contact form, you can inform us the best time of the day (morning, afternoon, or evening) that you would prefer to receive your call. Please note that there is no guarantee the lawyer will call at a specific time but they will try their best to accommodate your preference that you will mention on the contact form.

 

What happen if I’m busy and or if I miss the phone call ?

Don't worry, the lawyer will call again but it is important to keep your phone with you so you are ready to answer when they try to call. If you don’t receive your call after 2 business days after your consultation fee is received & confirmed, contact us at support@legaladvicefordivorce.com and we can reschedule a call or give you a full refund via paypal.

 

Do attorneys and legal advisors get pay to give advice ?

Yes, the attorneys are receiving a fixed consultation fee from Legal Advice for Divorce.com every time they give a legal consultation by phone or by email via our website.  

 

What kinds of questions can I ask regarding my situation ?

You can ask about anything related to your divorce, laws and your legal situation. Example: you can ask questions about a specific process, document or form, or about the meaning of specific legal terms or phrases, about child support & custody, about Pro Se divorce. You have no obligation to continue working with the lawyer beyond the fixed fee consultation service and you have no obligation to purchase another legal consultation via Legal Advice for Divorce.com. However, if you want to hire an attorney for a specific case or continued legal help, you are free to do so or you can contact us if you need to be referred to a highly qualified divorce attorney in your area.

What if I don’t get a phone call?

If you do not receive a phone call within 2 business days, contact us and we can connect you with a new legal advisor or you can get a full refund.

 

What if I don’t want to work with the attorney after I received the Legal Advice ?

You have absolutely no obligation to work with the lawyer after you received your legal Advice/Consultation. You pay to receive a specific service from a legal advisor by phone or by email and you have no additional obligation after you received the legal consultation you have paid for (fixed fee per consultation).

 

What happen if I’m not satisfied with the legal advice/consultation service that I received ?

If I don’t receive an answer by Phone or By email from the Attorney, how long does it take to get a refund ?

Depending on your credit / debit card provider, you will see the funds returned to you within 2-5 business days of your refund request. The refund will be processed via Paypal.
